When you purchase The Sims 3 or any of its Expansions or Stuff Packs through Origin, you no longer need to manually register your product through The Sims 3’s website. Just make sure that your EA Account details match the details of your Sims 3 account, and Origin will register your products for you. If you don’t already have Sims 3 account, you can make one by going to The Sims 3 website. Registering The Sims 3 game and Expansions/Stuff Packs to your EA Account If you already own The Sims 3 or any of the Expansion/Stuff Packs, and wish to register them on your EA Account, please follow the steps below.

Go to The Sims 3 website and make an account if you do not already have one.

When making an account, enter your serial code for The Sims 3.
